Megha Faces Tough Choice to Save Arjun and Chutki:
The episode of Megha Barsenge 30 April 2025 Written Update starts with drama at the Nepal border. Alka is at a medical camp, and Arjun and Megha find her there. Arjun asks Alka why she is at the border and not at their planned meeting spot. Megha is worried and asks if Alka has a secret plan. Alka looks scared and says she has no papers. She tells them her baby, Chutki, has been vomiting blood since morning. Megha and Arjun are shocked. Megha takes Chutki in her arms and says she is her baby.
